Using the SSH console, I can go into the directory with my C files and enter "gcc -Wall *.c -lpthread -lrt -lpigpio -lwiringPi -o bin/Debug/SmokinPI and my project will build. I have managed to get the SSH console to work. I now have jEdit installed and have the SSH Console and Error List plugins, as well as the things they require to operate.
